Misty Magic Fan sells the Misty Magic Fan directly to customers through this website. Checkout, payment and order management are provided by our store platform, Wix, so Wix's own terms also apply to the checkout process.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the order confirmation is sent, and we may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has left our warehouse, and orders returned as undeliverable may be charged the cost of the return shipment.

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes, duties or import fees where applicable are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken by our payment provider when the order is placed. Promotional codes are valid once per customer unless stated otherwise and cannot be combined. We reserve the right to cancel orders that misuse a code.

Shipping is free on every order. Estimated delivery windows, dispatch times and customs notes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The Misty Magic Fan is a USB-powered personal misting fan intended for indoor household use. It has no internal battery; it must stay connected to a power source while running. Do not immerse it in water, block the air intake, or leave it running unattended near open flames or on wet surfaces.

Damage caused by misuse, modification or failure to follow the instructions is not covered by warranty.

All text, photography, branding and design on this site belong to Misty Magic Fan and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.

We work hard to keep the store accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any claim relating to the store or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of law rules.
